                      Chocolate bars:



Ingredients:

  • ·         Chocolate -250 gm
  • ·         Butter- 200 gm
  • ·         Biscuit- 1 pack
  • ·         Condensed milk 1- tin
  • ·         Cherries(green and red) for decoration
  • ·         Walnut -1 cup (Cut)
  • ·         Vanilla essence -½ tsp


Method:

1.     Melt butter and chocolate on low flame.
2.     Now add condensed milk in it.
3.     When it dissolves, add biscuits  along with vanilla essence and walnut.
4.     Grease tray and put the mixture on it.
5.     Decorate with cherries.
6.     Now put this mixture in refrigerator to cool down.
7.     When it freezes , cut into long bars.
8.     Now serve...........

Ingredients:

  • ·         Yogurt -½ cup
  • ·         Cream -½ cup
  • ·         Chopped garlic 2 -3 tbsp
  • ·         Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • ·         Parsley -¼ cup
  • ·         Cucumber, carrot, radish -2 each


 Method:

1.     Cut all vegetables lengthwise.
2.     Sauté garlic with olive oil and then mix yogurt, cream and parsley.
3.     Serve with vegetables.

                     CLASSIC CHICKEN MACARONI :


Macaroni is an all time favorite appetizer of the GEN-Y!
Its tasty... Its healthy ... and yum yum yummy!!!









Ingredients:

  • ·         Macaroni Boiled -1 packet
  • ·         Chicken -½ kg (boneless and cubed)
  • ·         Black pepper -1 tsp
  • ·         Garlic chopped- 1 tsp
  • ·         Parsley chopped -2 tbsp(optional)
  • ·         Crushed red chili -1 tsp
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Capsicum chopped -1
  • ·         Cheddar cheese -1 packet
  • ·         Oregano -1 tsp
  • ·         Butter -100 gm


Method:

1.     Heat butter in pan and fry 1 tsp chopped garlic in it.
2.     Adds chicken and fry well.
3.     Now add in black pepper, salt, oregano and crushed red chili.
4.     Cover and Cook for 10 minutes.
5.     Now add grated cheddar cheese, also add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
6.     Lastly add boiled macaroni and mix well.
7.     Turn the flame off, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve.

                           Mexican Potatoes:
Mexican potatoes are a real classy delight with lots of spices incurred in them. Try this recipe and give some delight to your taste buds!! :D




Ingredients:

  • ·         Potatoes- ½ kg
  • ·         Oil-4 tbsp
  • ·         Onion -1 (chopped)
  • ·         Garlic -2 tsp (chopped)
  • ·         Red chili powder-1 tsp
  • ·         Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  • ·         Paprika -½ tsp
  • ·         Salt- ½ tsp
  • ·         Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
  • ·         Red or green chili -6
  • ·         Olives -6


Method:

1.     Dice the potatoes and boil them in water for 5 minutes.
2.     Heat oil in a skillet and fry onion along with garlic for 2 minutes.
3.     Add red chili powder, cumin seeds, paprika, salt and cinnamon powder.
4.     Mix well and add the boiled potatoes.
5.     Cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
6.     Dish out and garnish with green or red chilies and olives.
7.     The Mexican potatoes are ready to serve.

Coconut is not only a fine tasting fruit, it is also highly nutritious and rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. Coconut halwa will make a fine after-meal treat for a festival or a dinner party.

Ingredients:

  • ·         Coconut -½ kg (grated)
  • ·         Solidified milk (khoya/mawa) -1 cup
  • ·         Sugar- ½ kg
  • ·         Almond -15 (soaked in hot water and peeled)
  • ·         Green cardamom- 8 (finely crushed)
  • ·         Silver leaf -2 
  • ·         Rose water -2 to 3 drops
  • ·         Butter -2 tbsp


Method:

1.     Heat clarified butter in a skillet.
2.     Then add coconut and saute it.
3.     Then add solidified milk, sugar and green cardamom, cook well.
4.     When sugar is properly mixed, add rose water, mix and remove from heat.
5.     Cool for a while at room temperature temperature.
6.     Grease a tray with little clarified butter and spread mixture in it.
7.     Garnish coconut halwa with silver leaves and almonds.

You can beat a classic roast chicken with this stuffed chicken. Mince and macaroni is used for stuffing of whole chicken. Its a really wonderful dish.

Ingredients:

  • ·         Chicken- 1 kg (whole)
  • ·         Beef mince -200 gm
  • ·         Lemon juice- 4 tbsp
  • ·         Red chili -3 (dried)
  • ·         Cumin -1 tsp
  • ·         Garlic clove -4 (ground)
  • ·         Coconut milk -1 cup
  • ·         Onion -2 (medium chopped)
  • ·         Macaroni- 1 cup (boiled)
  • ·         Mint 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • ·         Fennel seed -1 tsp
  • ·         Coriander- 1 tsp (whole)
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Oil- 4 tsp


Method:

1.     Preheat oven to 180° C.
2.     Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until brown.
3.     Add mince and salt in pan and cook for 10 minutes.
4.     When mince is ready then take out pan from stove and add macaroni, lemon juice and coriander.
5.     Blend fennel seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies, whole coriander and salt.
6.     Now clean the whole chicken and marinate with garlic and blend masala.
7.     Fill the mince in chicken. Put chicken on skewer and tie legs of chicken together.
8.     Now put little oil over chicken, place it in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
9.     Now spread coconut milk oil over chicken.
10.  Then bake again for 30 minutes.
11.  When spicy whole chicken get ready then remove skewer.
12.  Serve hot.
