                     CLASSIC CHICKEN MACARONI :


Macaroni is an all time favorite appetizer of the GEN-Y!
Its tasty... Its healthy ... and yum yum yummy!!!









Ingredients:

  • ·         Macaroni Boiled -1 packet
  • ·         Chicken -½ kg (boneless and cubed)
  • ·         Black pepper -1 tsp
  • ·         Garlic chopped- 1 tsp
  • ·         Parsley chopped -2 tbsp(optional)
  • ·         Crushed red chili -1 tsp
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Capsicum chopped -1
  • ·         Cheddar cheese -1 packet
  • ·         Oregano -1 tsp
  • ·         Butter -100 gm


Method:

1.     Heat butter in pan and fry 1 tsp chopped garlic in it.
2.     Adds chicken and fry well.
3.     Now add in black pepper, salt, oregano and crushed red chili.
4.     Cover and Cook for 10 minutes.
5.     Now add grated cheddar cheese, also add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
6.     Lastly add boiled macaroni and mix well.
7.     Turn the flame off, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve.

$PICY ROAST CHICK3N

You can beat a classic roast chicken with this stuffed chicken. Mince and macaroni is used for stuffing of whole chicken. Its a really wonderful dish.
Just try it! :D


                                            


Ingredients:

  • ·         Chicken- 1 kg (whole)
  • ·         Beef mince -200 gm
  • ·         Lemon juice- 4 tbsp
  • ·         Red chili -3 (dried)
  • ·         Cumin -1 tsp
  • ·         Garlic clove -4 (ground)
  • ·         Coconut milk -1 cup
  • ·         Onion -2 (medium chopped)
  • ·         Macaroni- 1 cup (boiled)
  • ·         Mint 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • ·         Fennel seed -1 tsp
  • ·         Coriander- 1 tsp (whole)
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Oil- 4 tsp


Method:

1.     Preheat oven to 180° C.
2.     Heat oil in a pan and fry onion until brown.
3.     Add mince and salt in pan and cook for 10 minutes.
4.     When mince is ready then take out pan from stove and add macaroni, lemon juice and coriander.
5.     Blend fennel seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies, whole coriander and salt.
6.     Now clean the whole chicken and marinate with garlic and blend masala.
7.     Fill the mince in chicken. Put chicken on skewer and tie legs of chicken together.
8.     Now put little oil over chicken, place it in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
9.     Now spread coconut milk oil over chicken.
10.  Then bake again for 30 minutes.
11.  When spicy whole chicken get ready then remove skewer.
12.  Serve hot.

Egg fried rice:


The staple of many an oriental meal, fried rice is quick and easy to make. Made from very economical 

ingredients it can also feed a large family for very little money. The following guide will discuss how to 

make simple fried rice with vegetables, you can spice it up by adding meat, shrimp or any number of 

other ingredients.


                                                        

Ingredients :
  • ·         Rice- 500gm
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Vinegar -2 tsp
  • ·         Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  • ·         Eggs -4
  • ·         Black pepper -1/2 tsp
  • ·         Food colour (yellow) 1 pinch (mix in little water so doesn’t make lumps)
  • ·         Crushed ginger-garlic 2tsp
  • ·         Chicken stock- ½ cup
  • ·         Spring onion- 1 bunch
  • ·         Oil ½ cup

Method :
  • Boil rice in water with salt and vinegar and soya sauce.

  • In a bowl add eggs, salt and black pepper, also add food colour.

  • Fry scrambled eggs like an omelette and break into little pieces. 

  • Take separate pan and heat 1 tsp oil, add crushed ginger garlic and sauté it.

  • Add salt and black pepper, then add chicken stock and boiled rice and cover it for few min.
  • Add spring onions and fried egg pieces over it.

  • Mix it and serve hot.

Pie Pie....Chicken pie !!! 
Chicken pie is a very popular side dish, that is also used as a dessert in the Southern United States. It is often served during the American holiday seasons and at various other occasions.

                                                         
                                  
Ingredients :
  • ·         Chicken -300 g
  • ·         Corn -1.5 cup
  • ·         Spring onions- 1.5 cup
  • ·         Salt as to taste
  • ·         Black pepper as to taste
  • ·         Egg -1
  • ·         Capsicum -2
  • ·         Butter- 2 tbsp
  • ·         Milk -2 cup
  • ·         Bread crumbs -1/2 cup
  • ·         Cheese (crushed) -1 tbsp
  • ·         Butter (molten) -1 tbsp
  • ·         Ketchup for garnish.


Method :
1.     Boil the chicken.
2.     Now to prepare sauce, mix eggs, butter and milk.
3.     Also add salt and pepper in the above mixture.
4.     Beat them until creamy and smooth.
5.     Fry the corn, capsicum and spring onions in butter.
6.     Place one layer of chicken in baking pan.
7.     Then add one layer of cheese.
8.     Then place one layer of sauce.
9.     Then place another layer of remaining chicken.
10.  Then place another layer of cheese and sauce.
11.  And then spread bread crumbs on top.
12.  Then add molten butter.
13.  Bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
14.  Serve with ketchup.

CHINESE SOUP .....

Chinese soup is a very healthy and yummy appetizer. Its delicious and can be prepared very easily at our home!! 


Lets see how this can be done.....




                                             


INGREDIENTS :



  • Chicken stock 1 ¼ liters.

  • Sweet corn kernels 175 gm.

  • Ginger 1 tsp (freshly grated).

  • Spring onion 4 (topped, tailed and sliced).

  • Seafood sticks 170 gm (defrosted and shredded).

  • Prawns 50 gm (defrosted and peeled).

  • Dry Sherry 4 tbsp.

  • Salt and black pepper as required.

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp.

  • Carrot flowers for garnishing.

METHOD :

  1. Take the chicken stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the sweet corn kernels, ginger, spring onions, seafood sticks and prawns.
  3. Add the salt, black pepper and dry sherry.
  4. Blend the corn flour in a small bowl with enough cold water to form a smooth paste.
  5. Stir the corn flour paste into the soup and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir until slightly thickened.

     It can be served before lunch or dinner as a hot and yummy appetizer.!!
