Egg fried rice:


The staple of many an oriental meal, fried rice is quick and easy to make. Made from very economical 

ingredients it can also feed a large family for very little money. The following guide will discuss how to 

make simple fried rice with vegetables, you can spice it up by adding meat, shrimp or any number of 

other ingredients.


                                                        

Ingredients :
  • ·         Rice- 500gm
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Vinegar -2 tsp
  • ·         Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  • ·         Eggs -4
  • ·         Black pepper -1/2 tsp
  • ·         Food colour (yellow) 1 pinch (mix in little water so doesn’t make lumps)
  • ·         Crushed ginger-garlic 2tsp
  • ·         Chicken stock- ½ cup
  • ·         Spring onion- 1 bunch
  • ·         Oil ½ cup

Method :
  • Boil rice in water with salt and vinegar and soya sauce.

  • In a bowl add eggs, salt and black pepper, also add food colour.

  • Fry scrambled eggs like an omelette and break into little pieces. 

  • Take separate pan and heat 1 tsp oil, add crushed ginger garlic and sauté it.

  • Add salt and black pepper, then add chicken stock and boiled rice and cover it for few min.
  • Add spring onions and fried egg pieces over it.

  • Mix it and serve hot.

Pie Pie....Chicken pie !!! 
Chicken pie is a very popular side dish, that is also used as a dessert in the Southern United States. It is often served during the American holiday seasons and at various other occasions.

                                                         
                                  
Ingredients :
  • ·         Chicken -300 g
  • ·         Corn -1.5 cup
  • ·         Spring onions- 1.5 cup
  • ·         Salt as to taste
  • ·         Black pepper as to taste
  • ·         Egg -1
  • ·         Capsicum -2
  • ·         Butter- 2 tbsp
  • ·         Milk -2 cup
  • ·         Bread crumbs -1/2 cup
  • ·         Cheese (crushed) -1 tbsp
  • ·         Butter (molten) -1 tbsp
  • ·         Ketchup for garnish.


Method :
1.     Boil the chicken.
2.     Now to prepare sauce, mix eggs, butter and milk.
3.     Also add salt and pepper in the above mixture.
4.     Beat them until creamy and smooth.
5.     Fry the corn, capsicum and spring onions in butter.
6.     Place one layer of chicken in baking pan.
7.     Then add one layer of cheese.
8.     Then place one layer of sauce.
9.     Then place another layer of remaining chicken.
10.  Then place another layer of cheese and sauce.
11.  And then spread bread crumbs on top.
12.  Then add molten butter.
13.  Bake them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
14.  Serve with ketchup.

Chocolate microwave brownies:

Ingredients :
  • ·         3 eggs
  • ·         1 cup oil
  • ·         1 cup sugar
  • ·         1 cup flour
  • ·         1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ·         1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • ·         Melted chocolate for topping
  • ·         Vermicelli to decorate


Method :
1.     Beat sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
2.     In another bowl mix together the powders and add this mixture to the egg mixture.
3.     Mix, till no big lumps are visible.
4.     Grease a big salad(glass) dish and pour the mixture into it.
5.     Put in the microwave for 7-8 minutes or until a fork inserted into it comes out clean.
6.     Take out and decorate with melted chocolate and Vermicelli.

Ingredients :
  • ·         Eggs- 3
  • ·         Sugar- 100 grams
  • ·         Cream- 100 ml

  • ·         Walnuts -75 grams
  • ·         Semi sweet cooking chocolate- 200 grams
  • ·         Butter -50 gram
  • ·         Plain floor- 100 grams
  • ·         Baking powder -½ tsp
  • ·         Vanilla essence -½ tsp
  • ·         Salt -1 pinch


Method :
1.     Pre heat the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degree.
2.     Melt the butter, chocolate and cream in a pan on low heat.
3.     Beat the eggs with sugar till creamy.
4.     Add a pinch of salt and vanilla and continue mixing.
5.     Now mix in chocolate mixture.
6.     Now fold in sifted flour, baking powder and walnuts.
7.     Pour the mixture in a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
8.     Cool and cut in squares.
