Chocolate microwave brownies:

These brownies are amazing. Rich and moist Chocolate Microwave Brownies that are great for a gathering and everyone will love them.



                                                    

Ingredients :
  • ·         3 eggs
  • ·         1 cup oil
  • ·         1 cup sugar
  • ·         1 cup flour
  • ·         1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ·         1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • ·         Melted chocolate for topping
  • ·         Vermicelli to decorate


Method :
1.     Beat sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
2.     In another bowl mix together the powders and add this mixture to the egg mixture.
3.     Mix, till no big lumps are visible.
4.     Grease a big salad(glass) dish and pour the mixture into it.
5.     Put in the microwave for 7-8 minutes or until a fork inserted into it comes out clean.
6.     Take out and decorate with melted chocolate and Vermicelli.

GOBHI (CAULIFLOWER) MANCHURIAN :




                              

It is one of the most exotic dishes of all times!!!!


Lets take a look at how this dish can be prepared a home.... 

INGREDIENTS :


  • 1 medium Gobhi (Cauliflower)
  • 3/4 cup Flour (Maida) 
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 Chopped green chili 
  • 11/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 11/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 cup finely Chopped Onions 
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 
  • 1/4th tsp Ajinomoto 
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce 
  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 
  • 2 tbsp Oil

PREPARATION :
  • Make a paste of maida, corn flour and salt using water.
  • Take a tsp. of ginger and garlic paste, add it to the paste.
  • Dip the gobi florets in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan and add the left ginger & garlic paste, chopped onions and green chili to it.
  • Now, mix aginomoto, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
  • Add fried Gobi kept aside and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve the gobi manchurian hot.!!!

VEGETABLE ROLLS :


Vegetable rolls are worth a snack!
And making it at homes is an icing on the cake! :D
They even have a very high nutrient value.!!

So, let us see how can we make these delicious rolls at home :




                                                       


INGREDIENTS:



  • Roll-sheets --- 24
  • Bellpeppers --- 2 pcs
  • Carrot --- 2 pcs
  • Green onion --- 4 pcs
  • Noodles(boiled) --- 1 cup
  • Cabbage --- 1 cup
  • Black pepper --- 1 and half tsp
  • Vinegar --- 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce --- 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour --- 1 tbsp
  • Oil --- 2 tbsp
  • Egg whites --- 2

METHOD :

  • In a pan, add oil and leave on high flame.
  • Now, add carrots, bellpeppers and cabbage to the pan.
  • Mix them all well.
  • Add the seasonings(masala, organo herbs) to the vegetables and mix well.
  • Add noodles and stir properly.
  • Add green onion and mix again.
  • Add cornflour (to thicken any juices).
  • Cool down the vegetable mixture.
  • Place the mixture in one corner of the sheets, fold and roll up.
  • Glue together with the help of egg whites.
You can use any vegetables which you would like to have in your rolls....



Enjoy the yumm rolls with tomato ketchup/ chutneys.

PA$TA ( white sauce wala) ....




                      


Have you ever tried the pasta wo bhi "white sauce" wala??
NOOO??!!!

Then here you can see what all u need for this delicious delicacy....


Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup chopped onion 
  • 4 cups pasta (macaroni/penne/ fusilli /farfalle /ruote)
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp plain flour (maida)
  • 30 gm butter
  • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1 cup chopped/sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped french beans
  • Optional - 2 tbsp grated cheese (processed/cheddar/ parmesan)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil/veg oil


Method :
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with some salt. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the broccoli and steam cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan add the onions, cook on low heat until the onion is transparent, add garlic and cook on low heat for another minute.
  4. Add the carrots and french beans, stir, cover the pan and cook for 5 min or till the carrot is almost cooked.
  5. In the meantime - in a bowl, sieve the flour, add 1/3 of the milk and beat or stir to a smooth paste, gradually add the rest of the milk while stirring and ensuring there are no lumps. Melt the butter and add while stirring into the flour-milk mix. Set aside.
  6. Add the sweet corn, mushroom and dried herbs to the pan - cook for a further 3 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Add the flour - milk- butter mix gradually to the pan, stirring constantly. Cook for a couple of minutes or until the liquid starts to bubble.
  8. Add the pasta, stir, add salt to taste, add the pepper and then the broccoli. Turn the heat off and mix everything.
  9. Serve hot and sprinkle the grated cheese on top if you wish.
